How much does it cost?
The cost for the team member you'll hire varies depending on role and level of experience. You'll pay them directly without an added fee from us. We charge 1-time success fee for bringing you a great hire that stays on your team.
As far as the cost of the team member, typically junior roles are $1,000/month and senior client-facing management roles are about $2,000/month.
How long does the hiring process take?
Depending on the complexity of the role, the time from kickoff to having ready to hire candidates is 3-6 weeks but can sometimes be faster.
What if the new hire doesn't stay with our company?
If a new hire doesn't work out for whatever reason in the first 60 days, we'll bring you another hire at no cost.
How much of my time is this going to take?
Our process in in depth, but very efficient. To kickoff the hiring process, you'll spend about 1 hour with our team. And then to conduct interviews of the final candidates, you'll probably spend another 2 hours. All in, you're looking at about 3-4 hours to hire a rockstar without managing the process yourself.
Can you hire from areas outside the Philippines?
We focus hiring on the Philippines at this time because of the wide range of talent along with cultural fit with Western businesses. English is first language in the Philippines, and it's a very independent entrepreneurial culture - which means they'll work alongside you and your US team effectively. We may be able to hire outside of the Philippines for certain unique roles - but in most cases, we find the best talent in the Philippines.
